My pregnancy app just told me that I should avoid deli meats like ham, salami and sausage because they could contain Listeria. I use ham for my sandwiches and things, what should I use instead? Any suggestions?
Just fry it in the frying pan for a few seconds.... You will ve suprised how grwat it taste.... (Tip: toast the bread too n its AWESOME....was one of my biggest craving through pregnancy; toasted ham

Lol i think that's what the issue is. Needs to be fried. When I was pregnant I always wanted hot dogs and sausages...and sandwiches. U can avoid it all together just to be safe and eat left over meat from dinner in ur sandwiches
