Breastfeeding mamas!!! Nipple cream-I’ve heard that Lanolin is bad but then I’ve been told they’ve changed the ingredients in it and it’s now safe to use. I have Lansinoh HPA cream and Boob Ease organic nipple cream. What are y’all using?

All lanolin is safe to nurse with. I use lanolin or pure oils.
