Getting ready to start back working out, but I had an emergency csection this time around. Any advice from ladies that have been through this. TIA

I’ve been really emotional since I had Levi, he’s 5weeks old now. I just feel so inadequate 😭 my hubby had a conference in Colorado, and will be home tomorrow. I’ve been so jealous that he’s out doing things without me. This isn’t how I usually feel. I just want to get back to me! Maybe I need to talk to my Doc 🤷🏼‍♀️

Breastfeeding mamas!!! Nipple cream-I’ve heard that Lanolin is bad but then I’ve been told they’ve changed the ingredients in it and it’s now safe to use. I have Lansinoh HPA cream and Boob Ease organic nipple cream. What are y’all using?

Csection mommas: how long did it take before you started feeling “normal” again? Had to have an emergency csection and I’m not used to this long healing process.

Is there such thing as night contractions? Lol 😆 past 2 days my contractions have been getting worse from about 4pm until 2 am. Then pretty mild for the rest of the day. I’m so ready to have this baby!!!!

I haven’t ever went into labor on my own, last night I lost part of my mucus plug& having contractions. Today they’ve gotten stronger and I’m having a lot of pain in my vagina, butt area. Not really sure how to explain it. Maybe groin area. Anyways my MIL thinks I need to go to the hospital but I’m not sure and don’t wanna go if they gonna just send me home. This is my 3 RD baby. Any mamas ever tried red raspberry leaf tea to help induce labor? I have a friend who tried it and said it made her labor really easy! Just want some more feed back before I try it. & not doing it anytime soon, going to wait until 38 weeks (Wednesday). My dr set me up to be induced, but he has several other ladies that have the same due date as I do, & he’s not able to do it until after Christmas & after my due date. TIA! 😘🤞🏼🤰🏼👶🏻💙
