What jobs can I do when my partner works full time 8.30-6 only off Sunday and monday :/ but my mom's free Saturdays. I can do nights of late evenings or early mornings no idea what job to get?
Yes tbh once u start working and getting ur self on track with bills n that ul see its well better Working ul get working tax 2 , x
@srose1989 oh right fair enough that's pretty good I need to find a job first then obviously find a nursery etc I'll have a look around. So doesn't matter about income etc cos obviously the more you earn the less benefits you get. X
Younger she goes the better they can help u with that! Jacobs come on loads, no I started at 16 years n then went up x
@srose1989 don't you need to work certain hours my daughter is definitely not ready for nursery she's a little shit she smacked a girl in the face the other day with me being there and robbed people food she's so naughty! X
@rachaellw Im going to ask around see what they say :) maybe Saturday til Monday would be ideal xx
@srose1989 I can't afford nursery have to watch the hours you do as well. The nursery's are so expensive near me she doesn't get it free til she's 2x
Care homes would love like a weekend girl!! I’m a support worker and I no we are desperate for one
I do 6 days a week 8/2 Jacob goes to nursery, in the morning and am home to pick my lads up from school x
Don't stress about it care is really easy to get into and I'm sure you will find Something! And its okay xxx
@abbypaigerose1997 well I don't have none and yeah your right forgot about that must of looked at the wrong ones. It's really hard work we are struggling income wise and support wise to look after my daughter. Ooooooh that's good I'll have a look and apply thank you xxx
@jo.wilcox yeah that's better still well all I've done is retail as well so. Yeah I can't find any stay at home jobs they aren't exactly interesting either. Nursery's are hard too cos no child care experience etc it's a nightmare xx
Some will ask for experience I never needed none for mine and the drivers license is when it's home care and yeah me to but it's so hard to find one😔and it's in the morning and then the afternoon until 8 on the night xx
@xxjadeleannebxx, most care homes will train you up. My mum has no experience in that line of work and applied to a care home anyway, the next day the called her in for an interview then did a weeks training. She’s only got retail experience, none in care whatsoever. Stay at home jobs are difficult to find, I’m also looking into a job at a nursery up here, that way Charlie can come to work with me x
But you need experience etc when I look online and some say drivers license etc. I'd love a job where I can still be home to look after my daughter through the day but still want to be able to get some sleep etc 8-2 or 2-8 is that morning or night? Xxx @jo.wilcox @abbypaigerose1997
I'm a carer and they can be so flexible you could do nights or short shifts which at my work is 8-2 or 2-8 or twilight shifts which is 6 in the evening until 12 at night
@srose1989 yeah I know it's getting to the point of leaving her in someone else's hands it's so hard! I'm really struggling to part with her but I know I will when to at some point. I'll have a look and go from there thanks hun your right we will be better off x
