38 weeks pregnant this week, and I’m ready to have this boy. All the pineapple juice raspberry tea walking bouncing on my ball os not doing it 😩 guess just wait till he’s ready my body just so tired carry him around I want my body back!

is it ok to start walking at 30 weeks ? I said I wasn't going to walk or anything until I'm 30 weeks....just want my body ready for my child when I have to push :-/
