You ain’t gonna wanna hear it, but baby will come when baby is ready 😂 if baby isn’t ready then no amount of spice or bouncing is gonna make a difference lol

Oxytocin is what starts labor. So doing enjoyable, pleasurable things is what can get you going, but it won't start anyway til your body & baby are indeed ready to go into labor. What's the rush?

I had a sweep and everything to get baby out, didn't happen and she came right on her due date. My advice is literally just try and forget your pregnant 😂 the more I stressed that baby wernt turning up early, the more drained and the worst I felt.

So uncomfortable now plus have rotten cold to top it off lol

The ball helps I would say, but baby will come when they want to, can be quite stubborn at times x

Yeah Like her dad he was two weeks over due

Eat a pineapple and go on a 2hour power walk if u can lol xx

I had pineapple the other night lol and ended up with really bad heartburn
