The start of 2018 has been such a blow to the gut. Alex no longer has a steady income because of some bullshit contract flaw. I broke down in tears infront of my friend and her daughter after he texted me. The holidays just happened, we've been waiting on his check that's no longer coming for bills. We have 200 dollars to last us until he gets another job. Thankfully these people are more than family and make my heart so happy. Her son, who is normally an asshole (seriously lol) showed up with 2 boxes of diapers in his arms to help us out. I sobbed. I've never been in this position before, especially one while I have a child to provide for. So now we scramble for a new job, we have to move out of our apartment in town closer to better paying jobs, our phones are going to get cut off before we can pay the bill. I'm so heartbroken but ok at the same time. We've always figured it out, I'm sure we will now too.

@jsco thanks I know how frustrating it is I did it with 2 kids and we really didn't have anyone that would let us stay with them until we were able to find a place we had to pounce around between family members it really sucked I hope this is over quickly for ur family

@toshagager1988 we've been staying with friends just for vacation. But now we might have to actually stay with them. They only live 10 miles from the good jobs when we live well over 30. It's just so hard to uproot my family and start over in days. It's stupid. Hopefully everything works out for you too

I know how u feel shortly after finding out I'm pregnant hubby decided to quit his job the next week he went to work with a friend after a week he quit that job too he's been doing some work for his dad but that's a joke on pay plus he makes my hubby have to make multiple trips to his house just to finish something he doesn't have what's needed for the job to be done and it pisses my hubby off we live probably 30miles from him sure it's not a lot but it adds up I know things are hard right now and hope ur hubby can get a job real soon can u guys move in with any friends or family til u get on ur feet

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
