From my experience it's totally normal. Just like how i get horrible morning sickness every morning and then when entering my 2nd trimester it all just completely disappeared one morning. I seriously thought something was wrong because i do know that morning sickness is also signs of a strong growing baby, so when it went away i thought something bad happened. But, no my baby is still perfectly fine.

Haha, a few minutes after I made this post I had a sudden huge bout of nausea cuz of the air freshener in my fiancé’s car.
