I love my Paragard. Gives me the protection I need without the hormones so my body doesn’t feel so whack. I used NuvaRing before that for 7 years which wasn’t bad but I prefer no hormone

@anmlopez Do you have any issues with your Paragard? I have heard that women can have heavy bleeding and more heavy cramps with it. And I used to have NuvaRing too before I got pregnant again. I didn't really care for it.

@kkmamax3 Lol of course there is condoms but they are so dang expensive. Unlike birth control that is actually prescribed n get for free. Plus I forget what they are half the time!

@kkmamax3 I don't plan on getting an IUD at all. I don't want something that's that long term. But have you had a bad experience with the shot?

@keelygeedy, sorry for the late response! Nope I have light 4 day periods. It’s really the best birth control for me, I’m happy with it! I’m going to have it taken out next year so we can start trying again
