Most ppl wait for a new year, some wait for “Next Monday”, “next week” or the beginning of the month... She did none of that. Instead she said let’s start tomorrow on a random Tuesday. I asked her to give me 21 days of good nutrition and exercise. She told me “I can’t do this” on day 1 and ate like crap the first 7 days BUT she gave in, came around on the nutrition, found HER balance and gave it her all during each exercise. She has lost almost 6 pounds, 7 inches all around, and has dropped 2 pant sizes in 21 days.
