Girl, I have dealt with the same issue with my downstairs neighbor except she's constantly playing her music and movies on freaking surround sound! I honestly have been through a lot of shit with her because she's just a damn bitch and has never liked me for some reason so now when she has it loud, my kiddos and I just stomp and stomp and stomp till she turns it down lol.
