What are your traditions when it comes to opening gifts?🤔

Family gifts on Xmas eve, Santa gifts Xmas day.

However my inlaws don’t do gifts Xmas eve so we stopped doing that and now we open all gifts Xmas day.

My husband will do our gift giving on the eve but this year we decided to spend on the baby and not do anything for each other.

Use to be Christmas eve but with family all spread out we do it Christmas day

We have always opened 1 gift Christmas eve and than on Christmas day we open stockings and than gifts.

Afterwards we go to his parents for lunch and opening gifts and dinner at my parents later and opening gifts.

With us we make the food on Christmas Eve and wait until 12 to open gifts. On Christmas it’s like another day. We don’t wake up early we sleep in. That’s why we do it at 12 so we won’t have to wake up early 😂😂

Growing up it was one on Christmas eve and the rest Christmas day

Christmas eve at my in-laws, Christmas at home just the family.

Christmas Eve or Christmas. Whatever my daughters feels like. We’re Christians and don’t do the whole Santa thing. 😊however she’s got a lot so if she gets tired she can open the rest tomorrow.

And we stay up until 12 too! But that’s why i figured if she’s too tired she can open the rest tomorrow.

@chellabellz856, I think it’s just a Spanish thing lol... we celebrate with dinner and then at midnight we open gifts. My baby’s little still do santa doesn’t have a schedule yet lol
