whenever my BF isn’t home for dinner (which is 3 days a week) I always make dinner at home and make sure I ask if anyone wants some. which a lot of the time they do. which means I have to buy more and spend more money. every monday I spend like $40 on food and feed the entire family. any other day, no one ever asks if I want anything when they get/make food. My mom knew my bf wasn’t home tonight and she was going to the store so I told her to let me know if she was getting anything for dinner. She didn’t get anything. Which means my step dad would get food on his way home from work for both of them. Which he did. just walked through the door with food for both of them and they never ask me if I want anything. I had strawberries for dinner 👍🏽
