QUESTION...when getting off DEPO is it safe to get on the birth control pill to regulate your period? I've herd some women say they tried it and it worked but idk. 😬

I took the depo with just one shot and it took my body months to get my cycle back and going! I gave my body a break and haven’t used any birth control (:

It was the worst experience with the depo but it all depends on every women’s body,I bled very heavy when I got the depo for months😩
