Dermoplast spray and a water bottle to rinse the area after going to the bathroom. Fill the water bottle with room temperature water. Makes it so much better.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

@kimpower I got my spray from the hospital but I hear you can get it at any drug store like Walgreens or cvs.
