My sciatic nerve has been killing me . I'm 11 weeks . Have an appointment on Monday but does this hurt anyone else? And if so what helps?

I had it so bad during my pregnancy .
Myg leg is still numb in some spots

Yup. I have sciatica. Leaning over my stability ball helps get things off the nerve.

My sciatica caused the outside of my thigh to go numb almost my whole pregnancy. And I have permanent nerve damage from it
