Oof, nausea sucks. Every little thing sets me off. Air freshener? Blegh. Someone’s cooking a burger? Eugh. Heck, even some lady’s perfume set me off. Totally puts me off my appetite and I’m terrified I’m not eating enough but when I try I wanna hurl.

So far the only foods I’ve found to not give me nausea are easy mac and wheat thins. Not healthy but it’s something. Any advice/experiences y’all wanna share?

Omg! When I was in My First Trimester. All I could eat was Fast Food. That was literally the only thing that would stay down. It was horrible, but My Doctor said at least you are eating something. Thank God, it only lasted 1 week of Fast Food.

Just eat whatever u can hope it gets better soon

Munch all day if you can. Tons of tiny small meals. If you keep food in your stomach it helps. I used to eat a Costco sized bag of oyster crackers in 2 days. Also sour things help for some people
