When did you give your lo peanut butter?

I am curious as to when you gave your LO peanut butter, DS is a year old now and I'm wondering if he is still too young for it.

After their first birthday with all of my little ones
whatheshell Well he had some today and loved it!
Our doctor told us the earlier the better.

Introducing peanuts/Peanut butter

"The National Institutes of Health announced Thursday that a panel of allergy experts recommends that parents introduce peanut-containing foods into the diets of babies as young as 4 to 6 months." Am I the last to know?

Ummm schools do not allow you to pack peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch?? Lol wow
Yeah some peanut allergic people can die from smelling peanuts. Inhaling the tiny particles can cause anaphylaxis.
I'm totally asking at 4 month check up and if I get the ok it's peanut butter
