Is it wrong or selfish to not want my baby's father in the delivery room with me ? ( he wanted an abortion & honestly wasn't supportive at all until the beginning of my third trimester)

My baby daddy didn’t believe my daughter was his, he called me a whore and everything. He didn’t want to step up till I was 8 months pregnant and I told him no. I told him court will justify what you get. I didn’t want him at the hospital and him and his commanding officer called every hospital looking for me and child services got involved because he made it seem like I was a threat to her. If you have your reasoning on not wanting him in there, then don’t do it. If you want him to be apart of it, it’s still your choice. @ytadaneli94,
Honestly, my personal opinion, being a father is a privilege not a right... your time mama, if you don’t want it don’t allow it, however once the moment is gone, you can’t get it back, so don’t make a decision you will regret later in life...
If he actually wants to be a part of the baby's life than its just up to your comfort levels with him around you in your high stress time. Its not selfish, its your health. I wouldn't hold what he used to think against him if he actually wants to make an effort now though
