Hi! I'm usually really shy about posting things, but here goes...

My husband and I thought we couldn't have children so taking care of a premature newborn is an adventure. We know the basic things but recently our little girl, Mackenzie, has been having trouble pooping. We went to the hospital and they gave her the world's smallest suppository and it worked that night but it's been a couple days where she hasn't gone again. The pediatrician suggests watered down prune juice and that's what we tried today but she seems so uncomfortable, I've tried rubbing her stomach and snuggling her. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My pediatrician recommended prune juice too and it made my son scream for hours. Their little bellies aren't able to digest that much sugar. Give her a warm bath, do bycicle legs, tummy time, hold her knees to her belly and alternate legs.

@vamommy89 no, I tried to breastfeed for 10 days. But it was an epic fail. So she is on premie formula (the one in the yellow can I can't remember the name of it), she usually is doing 2-3 oz every 3-4 hours.

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

My daughter has been sick since Friday, over the weekend she was running high fevers (I brought her to the ER) and Monday I took her back to the dr they’re all saying the same thing that it’s viral and needs to pass on its own, which is fine but she is so uncomfortable I feel so bad, she’s really congested/ cranky, the poor kid can’t even sleep comfortably because she’s so stuffy, does anyone have any suggestions on how I can make her more comfortable? I’m giving her Tylenol/ Motrin around the clock (alternating) I’ve tried baby Vick’s vapo rub, I’ve tried zarbees cough meds, I’ve tried highlands cough meds, sitting her in the bathroom with the hot water running, and we have a humidifier! I’m out of ideas!!! TIA!
