I checked his temp right now and he’s at 102.3(rectum) I have a fan on now right now since he’s feeling a little warm on his cheeks and forehead. I set him up an appt tomorrow to get seen? Any mom deal whit anything familiar? TIA (;
PS he is eating just fine 5oz every 5 hrs

As long as he's still eating good and having the right amount of wet diapers everything is "normal". My son always gets a fever after his shots, and he sleeps forever lol
