Moms’ .. my 3 month old son had his vaccines done yesterday, and ever since he’s been sad, sleepy, tired and is even lazy to cry!

I checked his temp right now and he’s at 102.3(rectum) I have a fan on now right now since he’s feeling a little warm on his cheeks and forehead. I set him up an appt tomorrow to get seen? Any mom deal whit anything familiar? TIA (;

PS he is eating just fine 5oz every 5 hrs
