I have a dull cramping nothing strong feels like light period cramps my discharge smells sweet as well discharge is normal like it's been but just smells sweet both babies are head down I have a non stress test today at 4:00 but I don't wanna risk anything ...

TMI- Picture in comments! I was having vaginal discharge this morning. Then around 2:30pm I was cramping real bad &' started to get strong contractions! At 4:00pm I thought I had peed on my self. I checked &' it wasn't pee or discharge, but it did have a sweet/ light smell to it. &' it's still coming out. Small amounts only! &' I'm cramping badly.. &' my lower back is killing me! I don't know if I should go to the hospital or let it pass??! Can i be leaking? I'm freaking out y'all!!
