How can I help my babies acne? She just started breaking out pretty bad

@tiinii, do I like squirt her then rub it in or pour some on a wash cloth?

Same with my baby!!! 😭 people told me just to leave it alone and it will go away , if your using breastmilk let me know how it goes! ^^^
