Had a c section on the 6th , and i took a stool softener a couple hours ago because I’m extremely backed up , ... I’m still backed up some what when can i take another stool softener I’m not sure ,?

They told me I could take 2 a day I don’t think there’s specific times probably just not right after another, it might say on the bottle
