Anyone on Anxiety panic attack meds while pregnant ? Or was during a previous pregnancy & baby came out just fine ?

My Doc kept me on xanax, I weened myself off of them about 4 months ago. I still have some anxiety but try to just breathe through it.

My doctor has me on klonopin 0.5 mg and she is a maternal fetal medacine psychiatrist and my baby is fine and I don’t take it everyday I only take it when I have a anxiety attack

I was on Zoloft while pregnant with my youngest.

I had it before pregnancy but with pregnancy it's only worsen so ER gave me something to take when needed because they don't want it getting to where I'm fainting

Yea I know it's not but my heart gets to about 170 beats to 250 beats per minute and I've been very close to fainting and they diagnosed me with "arrhythmia" which is a abnormal heart beat that races at random times . I just get to where I can't even stand or shower without feeling like I'm going to faint over . And with a fast heart rate comes a panic attack

Yea I'm on 0.5 milligrams of Xanax not even a whole milligram and was wondering if anyone else has been on it . I tried coping with it but it's too hard my heart races up to 220 beats per minute I can't even function when it's that high

If anything doctors prescribe something that is safe which isn’t much I have severe anxiety and I’ve had to cope just because of the fear with my baby
