Anyone have any good tricks to get rid of migraines and morning sickness? I’ve had both 2 days in a row! My last pregnancy was just like this and that’s why I waited so long to have any other. This is going to be the longest 8 months ever!

@phoebe26, well I didn't like the plain ginger alone cuz it was REALLY strong but I did also buy the ginger and lemon tea . It definitely balanced the taste of ginger and tasted pretty simple . Like just enough of each when put together . I also put honey in it but it's good with the tea by itself

@victoriamichelle1418, thank you! I took a prescription nausea medicine with my last pregnancy, but I haven’t had a first checkup yet so I’m hoping they will give me it again. I just bought sea bands and ginger gum today it seems to be working so far so good. I’m praying I won’t have a pregnancy like I did last time. I was in and out of the hospital so much from dehydration. Idk how I’ll be able to take care of a 4 year old and be that sick again! 😢

I used ginger tea . It worked wonders for me . Only side effect I had was it put me to sleep lol .

my last pregnancy was a nightmare so far so good with this one but try drinking lemon water ice cold and preggie pops and also mints helped me and as far as headaches i have no idea bec i have them horrible too

Vaginal labor is so easy I would rather take the contractions any day than to have to have a c section

@phoebe26, no problem . Got the idea from a pregnant woman I walked past in Walmart . Decided to ask her about those pregnancy pop things ...even her husband chimed in and said they were a no no .
