Any excuse to not fucking come to the birthday party.... my sister in law may not come to the party tomorrow because my oldest was sick at the beginning of the week. He is 100% better and hasn't had a fever since Tuesday. But that's still excuse enough for her. And my mother in law is the one who opened her big mouth and told her my kids were sick in the first place. I never tell my sil this stuff cause she blows it out of proportion like this. She is so willing to miss their birthdays that she would have come up with a different excuse anyway.... family is great huh?

My mom wouldn't come to my sons 7th birthday party if my grandma went because my grandma was sick, and even though my grandma didn't come, neither did my mom.
My grandma passed away 2 weeks later. She wasn't just sick, she had cancer and didn't tell anybody. I will never forgive my mother for that day. I know she didn't know that my grandma had cancer, but she still didn't have to make her feel so badly about being "sick".
