Went from only being able to get a total of 6mL of milk yesterday to actually having my milk come in and being able to manually pump a total of 20 mL!!! Hell yeah! ♡

@cheyenneelizabeth1716, well I pump each boob for 20+ minutes. I try to do more but she wakes up while I’m trying to pump and then I have to stop. Lol
@caityyy_lynnn try cluster pumping. Pump then 10-15 min later pump again even if you get hardly any and keep doing that so it tricks your body into making more
