My right eye has been twitching for the past few days has that happened to anyone ? or..

@aandbi14, sorry for the delay. No i didnt. I just did relaxation (hot bath, rest longer if i could)things and drank water. It always went away.

@julia1roxie Yeah,but I'm borderline always stressed lol I've never had a twitch last this long, pretty weird

@madukes did you have to take a certain vitamin?

Mine has twitched for a coupla days. That normally means ur stressed or ur missing something from ur diet...like potassium or something like that. I cant remem what it was exactly though. It went away after a coupla days.

Yes it's a it's a nerve but the only way to stop it and I talk to my doctor about it was to get BOTOX and I didn't want to do that because that's some type of drug going into your body that's not healthy

Are you stressed? When I get super stressed and have no outlet my eye will twitch or my hand will a little. It's very bizzar
