Is there anything you can give a newborn for a stuffy nose and cough... she’s 3 weeks old... old what to do if she starts having a fever 😩 I’ve been using the nose Frieda to try to get rid of the snot but I didn’t know if there was any medicine to give her

Cool mist humidifiers, or a steamy bathroom. Saline mist up the nose. Most of the baby rubs like vicks or Maty's say 3m or older, I think. Definitely don't use adult Vick's - that can make it worse for babies. I wouldn't give her any medicine unless the doctor said it was okay.

My little one has that to and my Dr said saline spray and then suck it out a little bit later cause the saline breaks up the nasty stuff.. But fever ask the Dr cause he don't have that but I do know you can't use ibuprofen in little ones.. @alyssa_hoffmaster

@alyssa_hoffmaster yes i def should have specified baby Vicks. They also make Vicks humidifiers and you can put these Vicks sticks in top slots and it works wonders
