Anyone else get restless leg syndrome whenever they are pregnant? I had it with both of my sons, just while pregnant. At it started again within the last week! If it's because I'm pregnant, I won't mind at all! I'll be happy! But if it's just because, I'm gonna be so mad 😂

I have it. It’s worse during pregnancy. I noticed an increase in symptoms when I was overworked and exhausted. Compression socks (for swollen feet and legs) helped me with it. I seen a mama post about using Vick’s. 🤷🏽♀️

@mommaofjais, @alyssa_hoffmaster, @cbrebelkat, My mom is diagnosed with it, she has it every night & actually has to take medicine for it. The only time I get it is if I'm pregnant. I've had it maybe twice whenever I wasn't pregnant. One time whenever I was drinking & the other I had taken some PM medicine to help me sleep. Super weird lol but I guess things that make you sleepy can actually trigger it! It really is the absolute worst though, I hate it! And my husband is like "why don't you just relax & it'll go away?!" I'm like boy if you don't stfu.. you have no idea 😂😂😂
I had it so bad.... almost every single night almost the whole pregnancy. But I do randomly get it while not pregnant too it’s just not that often
I had it so bad 😩 but mine didn’t show up until closer to the 3rd trimester...along with the worst heartburn ever.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

I gotta question could I be pregnant and have 2 1/2 day period because I think i got pregnant on Nov 26 and had implantation bleeding on Dec 11 because I'm usually on my period for at least 4 days but mostly 5 or 6 which my full period was Nov 11 for 5 days ?? but in dec only 2 1/2 days it's kinda confusing really im excited about my Dr visit feb19 to know for sure :)
My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.
@rebalouise, I know! My boyfriend acts the same way.... like there is nothing to help while pregnant!!! Lol
