I swear I’m the most paranoid mom. I just want to make sure she’s getting everything she needs. I’m so scared of not producing enough milk or not spending time doing what she needs 🙃

If it helps, you are a supply and demand kind of thing. The more she wants the more you produce the less she wants or needs the less your produce!
