@jayraemama, we don’t get along, he denied her until I 8 months, asked everyone I know if they were sure it was his and the list goes on.

You can leave it off but he can fight you to get it on and they will put him on child support and custody agreement

You should be good most hospitals want fathers present because they have to sign to be on birth certificate

@caityyy_lynnn i refused to put either of my kids on mine... .. However if you go after child support they will do a Dna test and the courts will put his name on it... They didnt do it to my daughter because he was in another state. But my sons bio was in the same area as me so they put him on his..

@caityyy_lynnn i actually got lucky... My daughters dad was in a different state as me and couldnt make all the court dates back and fourth... And my sons dad was only interested when it was convenient for him... I.e. i cant go to jail. I have a son to support.. To which the juge (who i knew on a personal level) would call me and ask me when the last time my sons dad was seen.. That usually resulted in a 60 day jail sentence or more.. Fun times..
