Something seems off with this lady

I’m thinking drugs but I don’t wanna jump the gun I just don’t know how to handle this situation. Do I keep my mouth shut and just let this little one over whenever she wants? Do I ask her if she’s ok at home? Talk to the mom? I don’t want to do anything that will cause her to not let her daughter come over anymore

Oh I would be concerned. I would also get my money back by any means necessary. Eff that.

@tazer it may be drugs or drinking or She may just be a crap mom. You can ask of she's ok and also ask the mom, but it may set off a trigger and keep her from a safe home. Have you asked your daughter?

@beemommyof3, i always try to be a good person and also never lend money but I did see on fb that she was having gallbladder issues and making food selling it on fb to raise money for her meds. I have my bills paid food in my fridge my kids have what they need so screw it she can keep it lol she kept coming at me with different excuses so I told her to keep it and she didn’t even say thank you lol karma will come back around I just feel bad for this little girl

Yeah. I would as well. My neighbor used to let her child stay all day and never checked on her. To the point she had stuff at my house. I felt bad when we moved

@beemommyof3, my husband and I call her our adopted daughter she has clothes over here has had to use some of my daughters clothes cause I would take her to school I just don’t understand how someone could be like this with there kids

That is terrible. Your a free baby sitter. I stop that now. I understand it is your daughters friend but they are taking advantage

That’s horrible her mom is like that. If I was in your position I would definitely be concerned but I would feel better knowing that at least when she’s over she’s being taken care of and has somewhere to go where she feels safe. There has to be a reason she doesn’t want to be home & as long as she’s not causing any problems at your house then I would totally let her come over whenever she wants. But I would also try to talk to her and see if something is going on at home.

@tazer It might also be alcohol, my mother has been an alcoholic since I was 8 years old and my mom can't remember most of her conversations, and she also drunk texts different people, and can't ever remember doing it, and she also left me with my mamaw, and left me and my siblings home alone A LOT, my older brother, and sister pretty raised me, and my younger brother because my parents went out different places, and stayed gone until like 4:00 in the morning, and my parents were also abusive so I'd ask her about her home life but I'd do it in a sneaky way

Sad situation poor lil girl i would def. See whats wrong. She obviously doesnt want to be at home for a reason. Maybe you could adopt her bet she'd feel much better living with you and your family then her mom

I would definitely send something to child services even if it’s Anonymous and even if it’s nothing it’s always good to know you did something

Well we talked but she said nothing but good things about her mom so idk

I still have her and her mom hasn’t even tried to call or anything
