My mom always suggests that i should cover up when im brestfeeding in public cause "you know how people are" she says and i always tell her "mami i dont care my daughter overrides anyone", its true cause its not my job to make other comfortable no one is holding them there they have the choice to leave but they chose to sit and stare at me or whisper "she's brestfeeding" like it isnt obvious🙄

Am I suppose to keep using ice packs after I have left the hospital? I read that it could cause never dangerous to keep using them but I’m not sure if it’s true

Rant/Vent

Went to my boyfriend’s grandma’s house for a Xmas dinner, his family is religious except him he’s buddhist and I’m not religious at all. So his family circles around and they hold hands to say their prayers before serving the food and his aunt tells me “give me your hand” I politely say no thank you then she say “wat you’re not religious?” I say no and the she says ” you’ll live you just won’t live every long” then they pray and all that. Can contractions be on only one side of my lower back or does it have to be both sides to be considered a contraction?

Doctor says I’m 1 1/2 dilated which it’s 1/2 cm more then I was last week, he also said that I’m not due till the next of next week and if nothing happens we might have to start talking induction....

I have a few questions for anyone that might be able to help me:
-I have a pain in my lower back that comes and goes, is that a contraction?
-is having leg pains a part of having contractions?
-should I start keeping track of the pains?
-when I get the pains my belly gets all hard is that normal in a contraction?
