This lower back pain is no joke π can't get comfortable in bed. Laying on my left side hurts my hips so bad my right side so uncomfortable. laying on my back I feel like I'm suffocating myself like ughhh sleeping is not even fun anymore
So im 10 weeks and 6 days and i dont like laying on my side so is it ok if i lay on my back. Even tho i sleep best on my stomach?
hey ladies so I just turned 34 weeks and I'm finding it harder and harder to sleep my hips start hurting according to what side I'm laying on I can't lay on my left side or right side long and hurts my back to bad to lay on my back need some advice first time mom...like right now the back pain is unbearable ...lower back

What point during pregnancy are you not suppose to sleep on your back? I'm almost 26 weeks but laying on my back is so much more comfortable then on my side.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
