Can I microwave my breast milk to help warm it up faster?

Warm water for 2 to 5 minutes is all you need. never microwave it by the time you change the diaper it is ready

The microwave will kill all the important nutrients in the milk that make breast milk so good ! Warm water is the best way to do it

Never. Not only does is ruin the milk, there can be hot spots in the milk that you can't feel and will burn the baby.
