Has anyone went thru with a childsupport case??
I have court on the 18th and im so nervous.
My kids father hasnt supported his kids once since i left him in march after i got prego
I left him due to abusing me.
Im fighting for childsupport
I dont want my ex to get part custody because he's an alcoholic and he does drugs. He lives with his mother and father and they are also the same. I have photos of when he would beat me.
What would be a chance i can get full custody or supervision visitation rights and childsupport

A good chance! Proof speaks wonders and witnesses to the abuse.

If you called the police when he abused you, you have helped yourself a lot . I suggest to hire a lawyer. Child support is separe from a custody... Dont try to do it on your own, seek for help.

If you can prove he is a bad parent then you can as for supervised visits but you need proof like arrest records or positive drug tests. If he does get custody then you can always involve cps and they will determine if he's a fit parent

If you have enough proof he abuse you, does drugs, & is an actual alcoholic than 99% he'll get supervise visitation. Don't tell him your going to use it against him doing drugs but at the court as soon as you say that they send both of you to get a hair folical test for ALL drugs

Have you reported him to police or have a restraining order?
