This is TMI but I'm constipated so I used a suppository which didn't work but I've been sitting on the toilet for a hour trying to let it slide out on it owns but when it gets to a certain point it's like my body forces me to push it out and every time I do it's kind of sort of a gush of fluid or pee that comes out.. could that jus be pee?

@brittany.crask I read something about that and yes i noticed that position worked a lot better..then there are sometimes i have to take breaks & come back to it.
Being constipated literally sucks! When your on the toilet, put a step stool or something under your feet so you knees are propped up about as high as you belly button and try. It helps me! Apparently that's the "right way" to poo.
@teniaforks i tried doing that and now my whole vagina is sore and literally swollen.

Sometimes when that happens to me I put me while I’m in the bathroom I put my feet up so I’m sitting and message my stomach sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t

I have no actual proper friends! I never go on nights out cos I don't have friends to go with! It doesn't usually bother me but it's starting too! My oh is busy helping his friend move today and then tonight he's out at the boxing with his mates and out after! Rhys is at his dads so it's just me and Isabella! ??
wth... I don't know if my water just boke or if its just pee... I was laughing and a gush came out It doesn't smell like pee but i did noticed when i wiped more of my mucus came out pinkish

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
