My baby will be 2 months tommorrow and he has been sneezing alot today with running nose and has a temp of 99.1 can he take any medicine

OK do they have and medicine for sneezing and congestion?

He may have allergies but a temp of 99.1 isn't high enough for medicine

Like he has a nasal blockage. I tried suctioning but he sounds the same
