How many pounds did you girls gain by 4-5 months? And total? What was yr height/weight before the pregnancy?

I've gained 3 pounds since I got pregnant. I am 5 months. Height was and still is 5'2" and weight was 188 now it is 191. :)

I was 5'6 155lbs before pregnancy and by 18 weeks I gained 11 pounds, but I had morning sickness until I was 17 weeks or I probably would have gained more. As of my last appointment I have gained 50 pounds.

@elena_russian_in_usa The doctor told me it's good that I don't gain too much at first and also I was overweight in the beginning so I only need 10 To 15 pounds extra.. lol

@sylvia_biddle, that is correct, more you weigh in the beginning of pregnancy less you should gain until the end. Too much weight gain is harmful. I don’t agree when girls say that “i am pregnant and I can eat as much as I want and whatever I want”.

@elena_russian_in_usa Exactly! I have to watch what I eat. Plus don't want to end up with gestational diabetes. :/

Wait does your height change?? I've never heard of that. Is that a thing???

@lynleesmom115, i didn’t tell the height is gonna change 😂 I’ve asked about height because two different girls could weigh 160 pounds but one girl could be 4’9’ and another one 6’1’. That makes a difference :)

@lynleesmom115, it’s fine 😂 well the height is changing actually, when u get to 80 years old mark you get shorter 😂

At my last appointment I was 23 weeks and was up 5 pounds from my starting weight.

I gained 155 before being pregnant and now i weigh 172 pretty sure i weigh more now lol i am 23 weeks
