One part of me wants to because she's my first and most likely only girl, another part of me is just too tired. I know my mom and sister won't let me just be idle, so maybe something small, but definitely not huge. I am just not feeling like all the energy it requires.

You can do a baby "sprinkle". Like a baby shower only smaller.

My girls will be 14 months apart. We did not do a shower. Literally have everything. We are fortunate my mom and dad purchased a double stroller for us. We need to buy a crib when we're ready. My daughter stayed in our room until she was 6 months old. So we'll have time.
