@abjones8888 it's a tea you drink every morning and a night time tea (I think is supposed to make u go to the bathroom in the morning) that u drink every other night. Followed with a healthy diet (water and no processed foods)

How often? You should be eating 3 meals a day with snacks in between. So more or less every 3 hours.

@abjones8888 the last few pounds is always the hardest. Do you like cardio? Before my son, I ran all the time. It's a great way to get into shape. I can't wait to run again but it's too cold here to take my son out for a run
