So I have a quick story and question to ask. So when I was younger I los both my parents a year and a half apart. My aunt became mine and my 4 siblings guardian. During the guardianship process my aunt conned my brother into signing a paper, basically signing his rights away. He was told it would help her get custody of us. He was 17 and naive. A few weeks later my grandma called my brother crying asking why he did it, -him not knowing what he did wrong asked..... the paper was as I said him signing his rights away and it states that he would not be able to get custody in the future.

I was psychically and emotionally abused by my aunt and uncle. I ran away last year November 1st and was gone til my birthday, march 20th. No one believed me when I told them the things that happened. My siblings wouldn't tell the truth and I was then shunned by my family as the girl who cried wolf and lied about everything. I'm also apparently a meth head prostitute 🤔🤔 when I've never done meth and also I don't sleep with men for money 😡.

My sister snapchatted me tonight and told me my aunt locked my 13 year old brother in the garage. It's cold as fuck out. Then when my 15 year old sister opened the door to let him out my aunt turned on her and started calling her a fat ass. Then she said the kids would fail school and not succeed in life.

I have screenshots. I told my sister in law (my older brothers fiancé). Is there any way my brother could go to court and get his rights back? I don't want to see my siblings go through this anymore. It's heartbreaking.
