Need mommy advice: because of the cold wheather my son has very dry red cheeks and chin. Johnston and Johnston Baby lotion and A&D cream are not helping. :( are their any products or tricks that help? His cheeks are very red and dry :(

Ladies I need help my 10 week old got this rash on his face it started yesterday. It was very red it looked like it was uncomfortable and now his face is very dry and bumpy but not as red what can I use or what do you recommend any special products that are gentle on his face but also work 😔
My little girl has really dry red cheeks and has now started getting dry patches on her arms and belly but there not red.. could this be eczema? Is there any recommended creams i could use? Everytime i use oilatium junior cream it makes it worse :/

My cheeks are super red and I’m still very itchy all over my body. Doctor told me to take Benadryl but it doesn’t help me at all. Idk why I’m so itchy.
Eucerin (baby) white bottle blue top, does wonders even for diaper rashes, no scent and looks like Vaseline
