Yesterday I woke up with a strange pain in the left nipple & I noticed that my gland is a little swollen and it hurts to touch 😣 ... do they know how to treat? Should I worry and go to the doctor?

Sounds like a clogged duct. You got to get it out whether it be feeding the baby on it, hand expressing it, or having hubby help. I didn't get it out in time and it turned to mastitis
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Have a hot shower and rub it out, it's going to hurt like hell but you have to unclog it. Or try nursing your baby at a different angle so they pull from that spot more
