Lost my mucus plug two days ago, walked for hours last night while alternating when my feet hurt to bouncing on an exercise ball and even had sex twice last night and this afternoon 🙃 Still no baby 😭

@randie.raye you might not have lost it all then. Usually from what I've heard, there's bloody mucus with the plug, indicating the end of it, and I've heard people cramp after losing it all. But hopefully your time is soon!☺
