@drewandvaehsmommy, wow! Doesn’t seem like they make their patients high priority do they? That sucks! I would be so mad if my office was like that

@drewandvaehsmommy, idk if it’s a common thing that gets passed on to siblings or whatever but my pediatrician kind of assumed that my son might have the same problem I did because he’s already had 2 and with my history they think it’s likely to happen to him too.

@drewandvaehsmommy, idk if it’ll be different where you live but if you go the the er in the middle of the day or late morning there might not be anyone there. I took Noah late morning for his first ear infection and there was only 3 other people in the waiting room and he got in fast because he was the only baby

@drewandvaehsmommy, yeah my son got 2 double ear infections within 6 weeks. I used to get ear infections every six weeks starting when I was 2 months old and when I was maybe 3 I actually had to have tubes put in and my adenoids removes.

@noahs.mommy yep my son has a history of ear infections also. He has 2 within 6 weeks of each other and it was awful. And unfortunately he's allergic to the amoxicillin. Both my kids never show signs of ear pulling though. I may just put my breastmilk in her ears to be sure. I heard it's a home remedy for it. She doesn't go to the DRs until the 13th so we have kinda no choice but to stuck it up at home. We refuse the ER and their damn ass waiting for hours

The last time my son had a 101 fever or higher he had an ear infection. The last infection wasn’t too bad but the first one caused a 102 fever or higher(wouldn’t let me check his temp long enough but I’m positive he had at least a 103 fever) he had a really bad double ear infection and his ears were just FULL of fluid. Fevers like that always tell me ear infection and I either take him to the er right away or make a dr appointment

But she also has some type of head cold going around so maybe a coincidence 🤷🏼♀️🤔
I give fevers 2-3 days before going to doctors

My daughter had a 102 fever. I thought the same thing but the fever only lasted 24 hours then 2 days later I felt a canine tooth!
