I have heard that the vaccines given to babies can cause autism how true is that does anyone know?
That's not true !
If that was the case everyone would autism. You've to have autism at birth to have it lol.
The doctor who originally thought this was true was stripped of his medical license. And also ? You need to think about this because it’s different for everybody. I would rather have my child autistic, than dead from some disease which they aren’t strong enough to fight. Because nobody is.
@randie.raye, yeah I was reading up on them they said you can ask for the vaccines without Mercury in them there so much info it’s hard to decided which is fact and which is not o
If your child doesn’t have autism at birth a vaccine will not give it to them. Vaccine are used to create antibodies not alter genetics autism is mostly genetic.
Okay I have written many papers about this. This has become a common belief due to one New York scientist who publish a study he did on only 100 children. Since the study was published it had been disproven by thousands of scientists around the world. My advice would be to look at the Vaccines you got as a child and get those.
I plan to only give my daughter the vaccines she has to have to go to school.
Yeah I was hearing stuff and reading about it I’m like omg as a mom you want the best for your child and sometimes what we think is the best might be bad
I heard that too along the line I gave my son once the shot nvr again not my hubby or I
@txyogagirl, yeah I have been reading a lot on it and trying to figure out what to do
@athenamarie4115, what worked for us was a delayed schedule I'm not hear to go back in forth about what it can and can't do but I didn't feel comfortable when he was born and even when he was 2m so I kept him in the house until he was 3m then I stared getting him vaccinated at that point I think I made the right decision but every mom is different what's good for ur baby can be bad for another or vise versa. Do your own research. A good book is the truth about vaccines.
@jsco, yeah I’m glad to hear your handsome baby did fine with the shots makes me feel a little better
@athenamarie4115 do what you're comfortable with! At the end of the day it is your baby and you have to make the right choices.
@jsco, yeah that’s true he’s going to be coming soon and there are so many people who have opinions about getting the shots it kinda scared me I want what’s best for my child of course
@athenamarie4115 I'd rather be safe. My son is fully vaccinated. The way I see it dying from a preventable disease is a lot worse than what "could" happen from my vaccinations
@eryka616, yeah I thought it was kinda weird but you never know what’s in them
So thought I would ask
@jsco, yeah I heard it from a couple sources and was kinda worried to get the shots when my son is born I got them with my daughters and there fine
No they cannot cause autism. Vaccines can cause certain behaviors that mimic autism, but they DO NOT cause autism.
@kimpower, they have changed the shots when we were younger they were totally different then now I feel as if there are more chemicals in them now and most of the boys in my family have autism
