@danielsmomma, I’ve tried just about everything in the book lol, had super sore legs last night from squats haha, but thanks mama good luck with your pregnancy and that pesky hernia 🤗
@danielsmomma, mine got better the further along I got, when I first found out it hurt extremely bad to do anything I constantly felt a sharp pulling pain in my stomach and started freaking out about it. My midwife recommended I go to the ER to be checked out and all they ended up was saying was to wait it out and see what happens, and by the time I give birth we can decide if surgery is something I want or not. Have you tried Tylenol to try and ease the pain a bit ? That worked for me for a couple weeks.
@whit95, yeaa it's so weird sitting up pops right out even more... yeaa they just say only thing they can do is surgery it's so pop out that they wanted to do surgery few months ago but that put baby at risk so I said naw I'm good I'll wait. But I'm only 28 weeks and walking around with this hurts I can't even imagine how I'll feel probably be on bed rest at my end of pregnancy
@danielsmomma, it surprisingly doesn’t hurt at all. And thank you 😊 I notice mine the most when i try to get up, my stomach does this weird thing where it looks like a round cone is sticking out from my belly button. But it doesn’t cause any pain or anything. Have you talked to your doctor about treatment for your hernia ?
@whit95, does it hurt? I was looking at your pics you have a pretty baby bump! Mine I have this big knot on top my belly bottom smh mine pops out I can even move the hernia around smh 🤦🏽♀️ it's ugly and painful
@danielsmomma no I left it alone . It doesn't hurt . My belly button is ugly but I might have more kids so to me there would be no point in doing surgery.
@mami1234, did they take yours out? Mines bad right on top my uterus so they say after giving birth they will do surgery 😞 I'm still not okay with that
